I am a Research Assistant at Imperial College London and a final-year PhD researcher in Biological Sciences at Queen Mary University of London, working at the intersection of computational biology, population genetics, and infectious disease research.
My day-to-day work is quantitative and computational, involving statistical modelling, simulation, and software development — and I’m keen to apply those skills in quantitative, software development, or data science roles. See my Skills page for more.
I’m also passionate about scientific communication and encouraging more women into STEM subjects.
The best way to reach me is by email at j.k.bansal@qmul.ac.uk or j.bansal@ic.ac.uk.
